Shatavavri is an Ayurvedic herb traditionally used as a Women's Reproductive Tonic.
Each capsule contains equiv to 3g dry root.

Common Uses
Shatavari provides support for the female reproductive system across all 3 adult life stages: Prenatal. Post Natal and Menopausal.
-Pre Natal it is has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to support a healthy female reproductive system and as a uterine tonic.
-Post Natal it has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to support breast milk production.
-Menopause and post menopause it has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a uterine and rejunenative female tonic.
Shatavari has also been traditionally used in ayurvedic medicine as an aphrodisiac and to enhance sexual vitality.
Ingredients
Asparagus Racemosus (shatavari) root 3g
Directions
Adults take 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your healthcare professional.
